RESERVATIONS
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired services, We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your appointment, Your credit card information is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policies and only to make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service.

ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment. This will allow ample time to tailor our treatments to your personal needs and to relax before beginning your services. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE
Treatments you select are reserved especially for you. We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for cancellation / rescheduling of services. If you are within this booking time, You are already confirmed for your services and the cancellation policy will be in effect. Without thus notification you will be billed in full for this scheduled service. This policy also applies to gift card holders.

PAYMENT
All major credit cards are accepted. Sorry we do not accept any personal or traveler’s checks.

GRATUITY
The recommended gratuity range is about 18% to 20% of the price of the service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion. A cash gratuity is especially appreciated.

REFUND
Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days for a full refund.

GROUP RESERVATIONS
For parties of three or more, Please contact our spa staff for group booking policies and availability. A completed contact and deposit are required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing. A 20% gratuity will be added to all spa parties.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please keep any valuables that you’ve brought to Pure Qi Spa on your person for the duration of your visit. Unfortunately, Pure Qi Spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments or health conditions especially if you’re pregnant.
